The Event Space at the BridgePointe Hotel & Marina
In addition to our comfortable and spacious 116 guest rooms, the BridgePointe Hotel & Marina is host to one of New Bern’s premier banquet, meeting, conference and workshop facilities accommodating occupancies from 8 to 280 attendees.
Our event spaces have all been designed to accommodate business gatherings and social events. Our expertly trained staff will work with you to provide personalized assistance to ensure that every detail of your program/event has been professionally and courteously addressed.
Event Spaces Floor Plan
The Berne Room, our largest facility is approximately 3000 square feet and over looks our picturesque Marina and Riverfront Downtown. The Berne is encased on three sides in floor to ceiling windows and its design is simply perfect for any mid to large sized conference, family gathering and wedding receptions.
The Trent and Neuse Room are adjacent to the Berne Room as shown in the diagram below. Both facilities are approx. 840 square feet, each are suitable to accommodate 50 guests. In addition, either or both the Trent Room and the Neuse Room can be leased separately or as additional overflow space when leasing the Berne Room.
The Board Room provides professionals with a vast array of meeting and session possibilities. Seats 8 comfortably around a grand conference room table and is situated on our top floor of the hotel to provide a picturesque view of the Neuse River. The Board Room facility is equipped with a kitchenette, microwave oven & mini fridge. Each of our meeting facilities has free Wi-Fi with access to our fax, copy and business center.
