Bridge Pointe Appoints Board Member

Pleasanton, CA - November 3, 1997 - Bridge Pointe Software, Inc., a privately held company which develops a suite of enterprise-level software products for the archival, retrieval and management of corporate information objects, announced today that it has appointed Board Member, Reiner Pinot-Noack.

Member of the Board, Reiner Pinot-Noack, will be instrumental in guiding the company's international expansion with particular emphasis on Europe. He will also assist in attracting high caliber OEM's and Enterprise Software Vendors. Reiner Pinot-Noack has an impressive track record as VP International / VP Europe for blue chip software companies such as SCO, CompuWare and Documentum, where he demonstrated significant operating experience in the software industry.
